- Log into NOA and select Administration on the left-hand side menu.
- You will need to have administrator permission to view learner information.
- Select Learners from the menu.
Learner Management Screen
Learner names will be displayed in the table.
- Use the drop-down menu to amend the number of entries displayed on one page to view more learners.
- Use the search box to find an individual learner.
- First name
- Surname
- Year group
- Class
- DOB
- Gender
- Sort a column of information by clicking into the column heading - the arrows will show which data field has a sort applied and whether it is in ascending or descending order
Viewing Additional Learner data
There are additional fields of information on display in edit mode.
- Select the learner to edit using the check box.
- Select a learner and Edit.
Additional fields include:
- Pupil UPN (unique pupil number)
- Pupil characteristic data including SEN, pupil premium, FSM, EAL and ethnicity
- Reading Attainment
- Maths Attainment
These fields of information are not mandatory and may be left blank

Searching for a Learner or a Group of Learners
- To search for an individual or group of learners use the search box above the learner table.
- The results in the table will automatically filter to text or digits entered into the search box.
- The number of learners found will display under the search box.

- Searching for a learner by name
e.g., The search term 'Har' returns results for all matches across all fields of data - Harris, Harman and Charlotte
- Using an exact search term will yield more specific search results.
e.g., Oscar finds any learners with the specific name Oscar
- Search By Class name
- Search by Year group
Search results may also display over multiple pages
