- In the Login screen select I have forgotten my password.
- Enter your username - this is your email address.
- Select Send email
The user will receive a reset password email.
- Select Create Password.
Your password will need to contain:
- At least 9 characters
- A combination of upper- and lower-case letters
- A number
- A special character " : ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + / and space
- Select Set new password
You will receive a confirmation on the screen that the password has successfully been reset, with a link to go directly to the log in screen
You will also receive a confirmation email.
Resetting a password when logged into NOA
It is also possible to reset a password after logging in by clicking on the user profile in the header and selecting reset password.
It is recommended you update your password at least every 12 months.
