If some of the screen content is obscured by the shelf (taskbar) on the Chromebook, it is recommended to hide the shelf to ensure learners can see all the content displayed as they take their test.
You may notice as the learners log in to the learner portal that the cookie banner is partially obscured - hiding the shelf will make sure the full content displays.Hide the Shelf
- Right-click the Shelf and select Autohide shelf in the menu that appears.
- The shelf should vanish immediately.
