If you are unable to access the online assessment system and you have checked your internet access, it is likely that your Firewall is blocking access to part of the system.
Ask your IT support to allow list the following domains as wildcards in your firewall:
*.noa.nfer.ac.uk
*.learnosity.com
*.freshworks.com
*.freshdesk.com
*.onetrust.com
*.googleapis.com
*.googletagmanager.com
*.gstatic.com
Firewalls blocking images
Some schools have found they can access the login pages but when the assessments are viewed on a pupil device, they are unable to see images. If this occurs, please ask your IT support to allow list SVG and PNG files for the list above.
