Viewing staff details

To View Staff Details: 

  • Log into NOA and select Administration from the left-hand side menu.
  • Select Staff.


The Staff Management page will load. 

 

 

Staff details will display in the table. 

  • Data includes First name, surname, role type, last login date and total login count. 


 

 


Finding a Staff Member 

  • Use the drop-down menu bottom right of the page to amend the entries showing on one page.
  • Each column of information is sortable by clicking into the column heading.
  • Navigate to another page using the page numbers beneath the table.
  • Search for a specific staff member using the search box. 


The results in the table will automatically filter to any text entered into the search box. 

 

 
 

 


Viewing staff details 

  • Select a staff member using the check box on the left-hand side.
  • Click on Edit to view the data saved against the staff member including their email address. 



It is worth double checking the email address if the staff member does not receive a welcome email after they have been set up. It is likely a mistake may have been made when entering the email address.
