You will need to have Establishment Administrator permissions to delete a learner.
Please Note - Demo Account users should not delete any of the learners provided for demonstration purposes.
To delete an individual learner:
- Log into NOA and select Administration on the left-hand side menu.
- Select Learners from the menu.
- Find the learner to delete.
- Learner names will be displayed in the table.
- Use the drop-down menu to amend the number of entries displaying on one page to view more learners at a glance.
- Use the search box to search for an individual learner's name
If required, use the page numbers beneath the table to navigate to a different page.
- Select the learner to delete using the check box.
- Select Edit.
- Select Delete.
The delete action is irreversible.
- A warning message will display.
- Confirm the deletion by selecting Confirm, otherwise select Cancel.
