
What does a token cover?
- One token covers one assessment (e.g. all three maths tests: arithmetic, mathematical reasoning papers 1 and 2), per pupil, subject, year, and term e.g. maths, year 3, Autumn.
- Each token is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
View details of token usage
- Go to Administration and Account details

The number of available tokens also displays on the Home page. The expiry date will show in red if it is within 90 days of expiring.
Purchasing additional tokens
- Select the Purchase tokens button to purchase additional tokens.
- The table on the account details page shows token usage.
When is a token allocated or used?
- Once a learner is allocated to an assessment a token is also allocated.
- As soon as the learner starts the assessment the token is used.
- If a token is not used within 12 months from the purchase date it expires.
Retrieving tokens
- If the learner never starts the assessment the token can be retrieved.
- Select Retrieve tokens
- The expiry date of tokens due to expire in the next 90 days will show in red
- An unused token can be retrieved before the expiry date.

- Select the check box and the Retrieve selected button
