The learner selection will make up the default group of learners you will see when allocating learners to an assessment.
To select learners to work with on the online assessment portal:
- Open the Home screen from the left hand NOA menu.
- As a default the system will assume your learner selection is all learners. As a class teacher, for example, you may wish to amend this and set just your class as your learner selection.
The bottom left panel on the Home screen is labelled Learner Selection.
The Select learners button will open the Learner Selection screen.
All learner groups will be highlighted as a default; to select just the learners you want to work with, for example your class, unselect the groups you do not need. The remaining Cohort/s and Classes you want to work with will be highlighted green.
- To select a class only the class name should show as selected.
If the year group is shown as selected, then all classes within the year will be selected.
- Select the Save button to save the chosen selection.
The chosen selection will now be displayed on the Home page with the number of learners in brackets for each class.
- Select the Change learner selection button to edit the learner selection.
