Modified on Mon, 24 Feb at 3:28 PM

The following checklist provides the steps that are required to undertake the standardisation trial.

How to get set up
1Log into https://noa.nfer.ac.uk
2
Read and accept the privacy notice and terms and conditions as directed on screen
3
Set up a shortcut for the learner URL so they can access the system quickly
4
Add staff (Users with Establishment Administrator rights only)
5

Ask your School Administrator to create the excel template and import the learners for your class (users with establishment administrator rights only).

This method of importing is recommended for trials as only the required data is needed for each learner however, below steps 6a and 6b provide instructions for CTF imports if preferred.

6a
Ask your School Administrator to create a CTF for your class
6b
Import the CTF to set up your learners (users with Establishment Administrator rights only)
7
If you have more than one class taking part, add your learners to a class (users with Establishment Administrator rights only)
8

Allocate the learners to the assessment. You can allocate learners to more than one assessment.

Please do not deallocate learners once they are allocated to an assessment.

9Generate and print the learner passcodes
You are now ready to start with your learners
10Show the familiarisation video to your class
11Give out the learner passcodes
12Access the learner login shortcut - this is unique to your school
13Enter passcode
14
Start the test
Please see additional guidance on how to administer the assessment in section 5 of the Administration Guide.
Following the assessment:
15Review the test status page. If there are any learners who have finished their test and are not shown as complete, manually mark their test complete
16The trial is completed.
