Note: These instructions are for the Bromcom MIS.

To load pupils to the Analysis Tool or NOA from Bromcom, you can generate a CTF file.

1. Access your "Student List Page"
2. Select the students to load to NOA or the Analysis Tool
   • Ensure you only select students from Years 1 to 6 inclusive. The CTF upload will fail if it includes students from Nursery, Reception or Year 7 and above.
3. Under "Actions", select "CTF Export"
4. Pick "Internal Data Transfer" from the drop-down list of "Export types"
   • Do not select to export attendance data or assessment results.
5. Save the CTF file somewhere you can access it easily, and follow the instructions for loading the CTF file to NOA or the NFER Analysis Tool
