Common words or Numeric Passcodes

View Passcodes Page  

  • The passcode page generates when learners are allocated to an assessment and confirmed, or when the View Passcodes page is selected from the NOA icon in the side menu.  

  
 

  • All the learners confirmed against the assessment will display in the table. 
  • Passcodes display in the last column.


Note – all learners allocated to an assessment must have either numeric or common word passcodes. This is not set at individual or learner selection level.

Changing the passcode selection between common words and numerical codes 

  • Passcodes can be numeric (6 digits) or common words (made up of two 3 letter common words).
  • The radio buttons show the current selection.
  • Use the Radio Button to change from common words to numerical and vice versa.  
  • This action will apply to all learners assigned to the assessment. 
  • Select Reset to confirm the action.

 

 

 

 

  • warning message will appear - select confirm to run the action and reset the passcodes.

 

 

 

  • Passcodes for all learners will be reset. 
  • The new passcode details will be visible in the table.
