The learner should be provided with their unique passcode so they are able to login to the learner portal.
The URL for the Learner portal should be shared on the devices the children will use to take their tests.
Each learner to use a device for their online assessments must open a new log in window.
This will prevent any caching issues and the device remembering a previous user.
The passcodes can be printed out for the learners from the Establishment Portal.
The establishment name will display in the login screen
- At the login page the learner should enter their unique passcode.
- To view the passcode entered, if helpful, select Show.
- Select Go to log in to the learner portal.
When a correct passcode is entered the learner will be asked to confirm their identity.
If an incorrect passcode is entered, then a message will appear asking the learner to try again.
If the passcode is not recognised after three attempts the following message will appear:
- Select OK.
- Double-check against the printout that the passcode has been entered correctly.
- If necessary, the passcode can be reset.
