Generating the passcodes

Modified on Wed, 21 Aug at 12:44 PM

A learner will require a unique passcode to be able to log into the learner portal and take a test.

The passcodes are generated on the Establishment portal and can be seen on the View Passcodes page, provided that the learners have already been selected and confirmed against a test.

A passcode can be numeric or in common word format - this selection will apply to all learners against the assessment.

View Passcodes

  • Log into NOA and select NFER Online Assessment from the left-hand side menu.
  • When learners are allocated to an assessment, and confirmed the passcodes page will automatically be generated.
  • Alternatively navigate to View passcodes by selecting NOA and View passcodes in the submenu.
  • Select the assessment where learners have already been assigned and confirmed and select the View passcodes button.

View Passcodes Page

  • All the learners confirmed against the assessment will display in the table.
  • Passcodes display in the last column.

Passcodes can be numeric (6 digits) or common words (made up of two 3 letter common words).
