- Each learner should open a new log in window to enter their passcode.
- On the learner login screen double-check the correct establishment name is displaying.
- Once the learner has entered a correct passcode, they will be asked to confirm their identity.
- If the learner's name is correct select Continue.
The learner is taken to their home page where they can see the tests they will be taking and a Start button to launch the test.
Right school, wrong learner?
If the learner has entered a passcode but the name on display is not their own, they must select the 'I am not' button.
The learner will then be returned to the passcode screen.
- Double-check the passcode the learner has entered and confirm they are entering the correct passcode that has been allocated to them. The passcode printout will display both the learner's name and passcode.
- If required, return to the passcode page in the Establishment Portal to view passcodes and if required, reprint or reset them.
