For the demo account, the assessments are for example only and have not been trialled and standardised. All standardisation data provided is mocked up and for illustrative purposes only.
The Attainment – all learners report provides a summary of learner performance for all the learners in the selection who have taken the selected assessment.
After selecting the report from the report screen in NOA, there will be a prompt to select an assessment, if not already chosen. (see Select assessment or learner name for a report) The report data will then display for all the learners in the selection for whom marking is complete.
In the example below, Year 4 Summer Maths has been selected for Year 4 Lions. The top right of the report displays the number of learners in the selection. The key in this report is used to compare the learners’ performance against the national average of the standardisation sample.
The centre box displays the averages for the learner selection for whom marking is complete. The coloured bars provide a comparison of the learner selection against the standardisation sample.
In this example, the percentages show there are slightly more learners in total working well below and below the national average in the learner selection compared with learners in the standardisation sample.
The data table lists all the learners who have completed the assessment. If teacher marking is not complete for a learner, the cells with learner data will be blank.
The search box at the top of the table can be used to search for specific learners by starting to type the name in the box. The standardised score column is flagged to allow an easy comparison of the learner with the national average of the standardisation sample. Sorting this column will order the learners by attainment, so all the learners in a category are grouped together.
