For the demo account, the assessments are for example only and have not been trialled and standardised. All standardisation data provided is mocked up and for illustrative purposes only.
The Question level – all learners report displays the summary information on the learner selection for each question, followed by a breakdown displaying how each learner did on each question in a test.
After selecting the report from the report screen in NOA, there will be a prompt to select an assessment, if not already chosen. (see Select assessment or learner name) For this report, the test must also be selected. The report data will then display for all the learners in the selection.
In the example below, Year 3 Autumn Reading Test 1 has been selected for Year 3 Lions. The top right of the report displays the number of learners in the learner selection. The key in this report shows the colours used to highlight the learner response for each question.
The ‘View summary’ button will open the Question level – summary report.
The summary table displays the data found in the Question level – summary report. The ‘Number of learners’ shows how many learners the data for that question is based on (for whom marking is complete). The curriculum areas in these reports are shown by the curriculum codes assigned to each area. See the tables at the end of the article for the full descriptions of the content covered under codes for maths and reading. As marking is completed for each question, the data in the table will continue to update.
The main data table lists all the learners in the selection and shows their scores for each question in the test. The colour coding makes it easy to see patterns and trends for learner's performance.
All the columns can be sorted. This makes it easy to identify all the learners who have incorrectly answered a question, for example. Each question also has a ‘View’ button which when selected opens the question with an example of a correct response.
This report can be selected as soon as learners have completed a test before any teacher marking is carried out. It will display autoscored marks for each learner, although sometimes there can be a slight lag of a couple of minutes. Any unmarked questions will show as blank cells in the table. As teacher marking is carried out the report will continually update.
