Select assessment or learner name for a report

Modified on Tue, 20 Aug at 4:36 PM

To view a report, select the Reports icon from the left-hand menu. This will bring up the screen shown below from where a report can be selected. Further information about the different reports that are available, and a summary of their content can be found here.

Once a report is selected, it will not display any data until either the assessment or learner name have been selected, if needed for that report.

  • Select the ‘Assessment’ button to move to the following screen.
  • Select the year group, term and subject for the assessment to view.

For the Question level reports only:

  • Select a test also as these reports are generated at test level detail.

Once the selection is complete:

  • Press the ‘confirm’ button at the bottom of the screen to view the report data.

Once in a report, to amend the assessment selection:

  • Select the ‘assessment’ button. Your previous selection will remain highlighted, enabling you to change just one aspect easily, without having to reselect all criteria again.

In the Individual Attainment report, there is also a ‘select learner’ button, to allow you to select an individual learner from the learner selection.

To select either start typing the learner's name and the matching names will display or click on the drop-down arrow to see all learner names in the learner selection.
