Selecting the question level - all learners report

The Question level – all learners report is the first report available as soon as one learner has completed an assessment.

To access this report:

Select the reports icon on the left-hand menu. This will bring up the Select report screen.
From here please select the Question level report in the All learner reports row.

Select the Generate report button towards the top right of the screen. The following will display:

Select Assessment. This opens a drop-down menu.
Select Year 3 or Year 4 as applicable under Year group.
Select the term. (Please note: All tests in the demo access site are under Summer term)
Keep scrolling down the box, select Maths or Reading for the Subject as applicable.

Select a Year 3 or Year 4 test under Tests to correspond with the Year group selected.
Press Confirm (if you are unable to see the Confirm button, because the window drops below your screen, please adjust your screen size. Scroll to end of article for guidance on how to do this).

The Question level – all learners report will be generated.

Once in a report, to amend the assessment selection, select the ‘assessment’ button. Your previous selection will remain highlighted, enabling you to change just one aspect easily, without having to reselect all criteria again.

Adjusting your screen size

If working on a small laptop, adjusting the screen size to 80% can give a better view. This is down to personal choice. If you wish to adjust the screen size, instructions are below.

Select the 3 dots on the top right of the screen and a drop-down menu will open.
Change the screen size to 80%.
