Modified on Wed, 30 Sep at 12:37 PM

  • To enter test data by learner navigate to the NFER Tests icon on the left-hand menu and select Enter data by learner.

  • Ensure that the learner selection is correct. If this needs adjusting select Change.
  • Select Assessment to open the menu and use the options to select the relevant test. Select Confirm.

  • Enter the date that all papers within an assessment were completed by the cohort. Either type into the box, or use the calendar icon to open the calendar tool and select a date.

  • The first learner's test record will be displayed. Navigate between learners using the previous and next buttons or via the drop down box.

  • Use the Absent button to mark a learner who did not complete the test. Their results will show as blank on reporting screens.

  • Select Clear all to remove all scores for the current learner.

  • The table shows each question within a test and the maximum marks available. Enter the marks achieved by the learner against each question. Navigate between questions by selecting each row, or by using keyboard arrows.

  • Selecting the green tick allocates maximum marks to this learner for all questions. Selecting the red X marks all questions as incorrect. Selecting the grey dash marks all questions as omitted.

  • The entered data will automatically Save at regular intervals.  The Save button is available if you would like to save your data entry immediately.  Navigating to another learner via the Previous and Next buttons or by using the drop down will also auto-save progress.
