Editing learner allocations in an assessment

This is completed in the Allocate learners to an assessment section. 

Navigating to the Allocate learners to an assessment page  

  • On the left-hand menu select NFER Online Assessments.
  • Select Allocate learners to an assessment on the menu 


 

 

  • Select the assessment you wish to edit.
  • Select the Select learners button 

 

You can add new learners to the assessment at this point before moving to review and confirm learners. 

 

Add new learners  

  • Select the new learners you wish to add. 

 

 

 

    • Select review selection. 

     
      

  • Confirm the selection.


 

 

Remove selected learners  

  • To remove a learner or multiple learners use the check box - a tick will display to show the learner has been selected. 
  • Use the search and sort functions to find learners quickly. 
  • Select Remove selected learners. 
  • Select Confirm - this will add or remove the selected learners.
     

You cannot remove learners who have already started an assessment.

 

 

No learners will be allocated to the assessment or removed until Confirm is selected.
